- Return Mechandise Authorization(RMA) number must be obtained from BESTGRAND prior to return.
- All products retuem to BESTGRAND for refund must be claimed within 14 calender days from the date which RMA number is issued.BESTGRAND must receive all refund products within 30 days from the orignal invoice date in order to honor full refund less the shipping charge.
- No refund shall be granded id products not recieved by BESTGRAND within 30 days from original date.
- All product carry one year limited warranty from the invoice date.
- BESTGRAND only pays the freight when ship back to customers with under warranty products via UPS ground.
- Physical damaged products ship back from customer shall not be cover as under warranty by BESTGRAND
